  Teaching is a dynamic process that expands beyond the transmission of knowledge; it is about promoting an environment that encourages critical thinking, curiosity, and continuous learning. During my teaching practicum, I was able to refine my teaching philosophy, which has been influenced by both personal reflections and the theoretical frameworks I have learned. My approach is rooted in the belief that effective teaching is student-centered, where the teacher’s role is to facilitate learning by creating an environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving. I strive to provide my students with the skills they need to think independently and engage meaningfully with the content.   Throughout my five-week practicum, I engaged in teaching diverse topics across multiple grade levels, establishing an interactive and student-centered learning environment. The experience allowed me to observe the strengths and weaknesses of my teaching and adapt accordingly to enhance student learning. Accordingly, in this summary, the efficacy and ineffectiveness of my lessons, the suitability of the teaching strategies I implemented, and the responses of the students to the lessons will all be included. I will also highlight the professional growth I achieved throughout the process.
